DP 1030 is a fiber reinforced, water based, LEED V4 qualified, UL 181B-M Listed, low VOC, high pressure/high velocity duct sealant for indoor and outdoor use on commercial and residential supply and return air duct. DP 1030 is recommended for sealing joints, seams, duct wall penetrations, and connections on flexible duct or fiberglass ductboard. DP 1030 is recommended up to 15 inches water column pressure. DP 1030 meets the requirements of NFPA 90A & 90B, ASTM E-84, and UL-723. DP 1030 meets FDA, USDA, EPA, and CDPH emission requirements. DP 1030 has excellent water and U.V. resistance, workability, crack and peel resistance, mold and mildew resistance and dry adhesion. DP 1030 is sag resistant, and is paintable with latex or epoxy paints after it is cured.
