        The Klein Tools ratcheting PCV cutter cuts white and gray 1/2 to 2-1/2 in white and gray schedule 40 and 80 PVC. The ratcheting action allows for easy, one handed cutting and blade release. Lightweight, comfortable handle reduces hand fatigue.
