HARDI has just released the short film version of its HVAC Workforce Recruitment Documentary, “Hot Commodity”. HARDI’s Workforce Recruitment Initiative aims to bring awareness of the HVAC industry to the younger generation and encourages these individuals to join our industry.

Featuring many HARDI members and their employees as well as HVAC contractors, the short film showcases the younger generation of workers and how their unique circumstances led them to the highly technical HVAC industry. The film gives a behind the scenes look at younger workers finding success and viable long-term career opportunities in the HVAC industry.
